1. How many logo concepts do I get?
The number of the logo concepts depends of the package you have chosen.
2. If I do not like any concept, would you design new one?
The possibility to dislike all the concepts is too small. If you provide us enough information about your company via our order form, we will design exactly what you expect. If you provide us little information and you do not support us in the design process, then you should pay another 49 EUR for the design of new logo concept.
3. What file formats do you support?
We support the following file formats: JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, EPS, PDF, PS, PSD, TIFF, High Rez TIF, High Rez BMP, High Rez PNG, AI, CDR.
4. What software do you design with?
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.
5. Can you supply logo in vector format?
Yes. The standard package includes the logo in AI or CDR format. This is a vector based file format used by print shops and it allows the design to be resized with no loss of quality and to be corrected by other designers.
6. What is logo concept and what is concept’s revision?
Logo concept is a unique idea for logo design and the work begins with it. Then we make revisions based on the concept.
7. What are your design terms?
We show you the first concepts of your logo within 3 working days and the revisions in 2 working days.
8. How I get my new logo?
All logos are delivered by e-mail in .zip format. If you don’t have software to unzip them, just tell us and we will send you the files separately.
9. What can I use my logo for?
The logos can be used for web site, printing, embedding in documents, printing on T-shirts, banners, business cards and so on.
10. Who owns the Copyright for the logo?
You. You are responsible for the copyright consequences that may arise as a result of using our logo design services. It is your responsibility to investigate any possibilities of copyright infringement. NICE Logo Design can not be held responsible for any issues that may arise after you get your logo.
11. You mention that I need to specify several things when a make a logo order. How can I do this?
Our order form answers most of these questions. However, there is a section on the order form that allows you to give us any additional information. It is the area where you can tell us your preferences for colors, file types and other unique things we should consider when designing your logo. The form is simple to complete. If you find hard to fill it please contact us.
12. Why you provide this service for such a low price?
We do this so that you will be confident to try us out and sample the quality. We would be happy to have you as a client and to make your graphic design and professional printing in future. This way we both benefit from the deal long term.
13. Can the background of the logo be any other color than white?
Yes, if you tell us the background color that you want. We also supply logos with no background. They are suitable for web sites with coloured background. This file format is called Transparent GIF and it can be .png or .gif . If your logo is for off-line printing then the best choice is High Rez Tiff.
14. Do you have any examples of logos, that you created and you can show me?
Yes, take a look at our portfolio.
15. Can you recreate my existing logo in vector format?
Yes of course, but the price very much depends on complexity of the existing logo. We can do this work in the same time it takes for our usual logos, which is around 5 working days. Send us an email with a copy of your logo and we will provide you with a very competetive quote.
